It’s a global celebration of the evolving tech landscape. It offers hands-on learning, expert-led sessions, and meaningful networking opportunities tailored to each local community. From AI and Cloud to Android and Web, Google continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible, empowering developers and tech leaders to shape the future of the industry.

As a proud Google video partner since 2016, Archipelago was thrilled to help capture the energy and impact of DevFest on a global scale. From Seattle to Nigeria, Istanbul to Mumbai, our team collaborated with trusted production partners in each region, ensuring authentic, locally driven storytelling while maintaining an efficient and cost-effective production model. This approach allowed real members of each community to document their experiences, resulting in content that felt genuine, relevant, and deeply connected to the audiences it represents.

Our team oversaw all international video and photography capture, ensuring every interview and b-roll moment aligned seamlessly with Google’s brand standards and the strategic vision for the final piece. With the support of modern collaboration tools (thanks Google Drive!) footage from around the world was centralized quickly, allowing our editors to deliver first cuts in under 48 hours and keeping the content timely and impactful.

The result was a dynamic, forward-looking recap video that transcends geography - highlighting the innovation, inclusivity, and community spirit that define DevFest. Event recap videos play a powerful role in extending the life of an experience, giving viewers a glimpse of the magic while inspiring them to become part of future events.
