Archipelago kicked off the year with an unforgettable project in paradise. Our team traveled to the iconic Four Seasons Resort Maui for a global campaign collaboration with We Are Social. Together, we produced “The Return” social ad starring Patrick Schwarzenegger, timed perfectly ahead of his debut in season three of HBO’s The White Lotus.
Set against the same breathtaking resort featured in season one of the hit series, the ad follows Schwarzenegger as he playfully dodges every attempt to reconnect with his phone, leaning into the campaign’s “digital detox” message of unplugging and embracing the serenity of Maui.
Behind the scenes, our production team managed all on-location logistics with the resort, seamlessly coordinating a local Hawaiian crew alongside key creatives from Los Angeles and Thailand. With a tight talent window, we developed a detailed run-of-show and production schedule to ensure every moment on set was maximized. The result… a high-impact ad that spoke to audiences globally.
The campaign’s response exceeded expectations. The ad earned over 2.5 million organic views on the @fsmaui Instagram page, becoming the brand’s highest-performing Reel to date and outperforming previous content by more than two million views. A true testament to the power of thoughtful storytelling paired with strategic production.
