Archipelago Productions is in the process of expanding our company and creating a subsidiary focused on commercials and branded content. To prepare for this next chapter, we’re looking for talented and driven commercial directors of all styles and genres to be signed onto our new director roster.

We recognize commercials for the art form they are. We believe the best way to achieve creative excellence is to foster an environment where everyone is encouraged to fuel their individuality and channel their unique experiences and perspectives into each project. (And have fun while doing it!) It’s important to us that we maintain a culture of mindful and empathetic collaboration, creativity, authenticity, and a desire to push against old school boundaries. We are committed to ensuring each director feels free (and encouraged) to express themselves in their work and to pursue passion projects whenever possible.

-a reel showcasing your work
-a brief paragraph outlining who you are
-any other information you deem relevant
While a reel showcasing previous commercial work is an asset, we encourage emerging and narrative/entertainment directors looking to break into the commercial industry to apply as well.
